Breathing Space Health aims to help people gain a better understanding of their physical and emotional health in order to achieve ultimate wellbeing. Kim's Nottingham based business provides corporate workshops, professional speaking engagements, conferences, health awareness days and one to one sessions to help people make positive changes in their lives.

Kim Rossi has studied many disciplines of Holistic Health including Hypnotherapy, Psychology, Psycho-Neuro-Immunology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Taoist Philosophy , Nutrition, Yoga, Tai Chi and Anatomy/Physiology.

Workshops

Kim's workshops combine all of her knowledge and expertise in these subjects. She has a passion to inspire and motivate people to leading healthier and happier lives. Everyone who participates will feel the benefits immediately and will take away innovative solutions to enhance their lives. The sessions are fun, lively, dynamic and thought provoking.

Health and emotional
wellbeing coaching

Kim works personally with clients gently guiding them into a space of understanding so that their lives are enriched with greater freedom, ease, effectiveness, joy and happiness. Consultations can be face-to-face, telephone or by email

Yoga for health

Kim teaches yoga classes in West Bridgford. Her classes combine Yoga/Pilates and Tai Chi with the intention of creating health and wellbeing in the Mind and Body. Contact her for more details. She also teaches yoga on a one-to-one basis .
